EdRedesign Fellowship for Cradle-to-Career Partnership Leaders

The EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education is launching a competitive, tuition-free 18-month certificate program for new and aspiring leaders of place-based, cradle-to-career partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join a network of inspiring change-makers, sharpen your cross-sector skills, and apply new tools, connections, and approaches to improve measurable outcomes for children and families in your community!

Our Work

We are calling for an integrated, personalized system of supports and opportunities that begins in early childhood and continues through to higher education and career training. To advance this vision, we focus on four strategies:

Talent Development

We develop community leaders and their teams to manage complex, cross-sector initiatives that yield positive outcomes for children at scale.

Our Impact

We partner with mayors, superintendents, and community leaders to build stronger systems of support and opportunity for children.
