Ayesha Cammaerts

Ayesha Cammaerts is a leader in education and public health, driving innovations in equitable economic mobility and care. As Executive Director of the Boston Opportunity Agenda, she leads partnerships to accelerate educational change for all children in Boston. Previously, she managed community programs and led early childhood strategies at Boston Children’s Hospital. Ayesha drives systems change through community-powered innovation, policy, and advocacy. As MassHealth Chief of Staff, she implemented State Health Care Reform policies. Grounded in her experience as a bilingual community health worker and immigrant, she emphasizes partnership, human development, and transparency. A passionate health educator, mom, and advocate, Ayesha holds an M.B.A. in Health Care Policy and Management from the Heller School at Brandeis.
