Taylor True is a rural research fellow at EdRedesign and is a current M.Ed education policy and analysis student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She completed her B.A. at The Ohio State University (Columbus) and graduated from the honors program in political science and sociology, with honors research distinction for her undergraduate thesis in sociology. Most recently, she worked as a program specialist at a youth-focused nonprofit in South Central and as a competitive speech and debate instructor in the greater Los Angeles area. Oliver Truog is the Director of Finance and Operations at EdRedesign where he is responsible for stewarding the financial health of the organization, both now and for long-term sustainability. Prior to her position at EdRedesign, she worked as an administrative support in non-profit organizations such as Education Resource Strategies and GBH with a focus on developing inclusive environments, DBIE initiatives, and organizational communication. She attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska earning a BA in English and later attended Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts to earn an MFA in Fiction.
