Produced in collaboration with the Partnership for Resilience (the Partnership), this report highlights early lessons from the Partnership's efforts to create school-health-community partnerships to foster and build the resilience of children living in Illinois. This case study spotlights Breakthrough Greater Boston's ongoing collaboration with the Somerville Children's Cabinet in Massachusetts to narrow the opportunity gap by improving access to quality afterschool and summer learning. Through the program, middle and high school students participate in tutoring, mentoring, internships, and workshops to help them apply to and thrive in college.
