Chris Hosman serves as the By All Means Community Lead for the City of Somerville, Massachusetts. He is also the Director of the SomerPromise Department for the City which is designed to support the overall well-being of children and youth by connecting, aligning, and mobilizing community partners and resources to ensure every child in Somerville has the opportunity to thrive, from cradle to career.
