The Shuttle Schedule will also be given to you upon check-in and will be displayed on a board in the hotel lobby. The Freepoint is an easy 30-minute walk from campus for those who would prefer to walk or miss the shuttle.

For participants driving to and from Cambridge each day for the event, validated parking is available at University Place Garage, 45 University Road. The garage is a 5-minute walk to the event location. Please see a member of the EdRedesign staff to obtain a validation ticket before you return to your car at the end of the day. We regret that we are unable to reimburse out-of-pocket costs. In order to have your parking covered, you must use the validation ticket.

Please be aware of the following process for the validated onsite parking:

  • You will get a regular white parking ticket when you enter the garage to park in the morning.
  • When you arrive for Registration at Gutman Library, request 3 parking vouchers for Monday, July 17, Tuesday, July 18, and Wednesday, July 19.
  • When you leave the garage at the end of each day, you insert the white regular ticket and then insert the colored parking voucher. If you have any difficulty using the parking voucher, please find a parking attendant to help you. All the vouchers have been pre-paid and will cover your full parking cost.
