EdRedesign’s Institute for Success Planning, housed at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, leads a professional Community of Practice to support educators and other cross-sector leaders in local communities in creating and implementing a personalized, relationship-based approach and/or scaling an initiative already underway. The Institute is currently supporting 16 communities from across the country. In July, the Institute is hosting a multi-day Summer Workshop at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Cambridge, MA.
