Returning to Their Roots: Reflections from Illinois's Partnership for Resilience Leadership and Staff

This case study chronicles the individual experiences of the Partnership for Resilience's leadership and staff. The Partnership is a member of EdRedesign's By All Means initiative. Collectively, the case illustrates how each person's connection to the Southland has shaped their career trajectory and motivates their ongoing work. The piece concludes with a set of key takeaways that can inform other communities who are interested in engaging local residents in place-based efforts to support children and youth.
