"Every Child and Family is Known": An Initiative to Transform Support for Children and Families in New York City's Shelters

Our first Spotlight focuses on New York City's transformative multi-agency initiative, Every Child and Family is Known, to create personalized systems of support and opportunity for children and families living in shelters in the Bronx. In the spring of 2022, NYC became one of 12 communities selected to be part of the inaugural cohort of EdRedesign's Institute for Success Planning Community of Practice.
