Taay’lor Imani Laribo is a Student Engagement Associate at EdRedesign. She is an education innovator, storyteller, and community builder passionate about reimagining how people learn, connect, and thrive. She holds a Master's degree in Communications from Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing her Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship (ELOE) program, with a focus on identity, communication, and equitable design.

Before Harvard, Taay’lor Imani led outreach and program development for Southeast Children’s Fund’s DC LEAD initiative, supporting early childhood educators in advancing their degrees and professional growth in Washington, DC. Her career reflects a deep commitment to access, belonging, and creativity, whether through community engagement, leading mentorship programs, or amplifying underrepresented voices in education and media.

Rooted in faith, purpose, and cultural connection, Taay’lor Imani brings a holistic lens to her work, blending research, design, and storytelling to help communities build systems that nurture both learning and liberation.
