Sadie Harlan

Sadie Harlan is a Cross-Sector Leadership Associate at The EdRedesign Lab and a 2025 Master of Public Administration (MPA) candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS). Passionate about education from an early age, she has built her career working across government, nonprofit, corporate, and startup organizations to expand access for students. Before beginning her concurrent MPA at Harvard and MBA at Stanford University, Sadie worked for Reach Higher—an initiative of First Lady Michelle Obama and subsidiary of Common App—where she focused on reducing application barriers for underrepresented students. Previously, she led strategy and human centered design projects at Deloitte Consulting. Sadie holds a degree in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
