Josh Young

Josh Young is a cross-sector leadership associate at EdRedesign and a master’s in public policy candidate at Harvard University. Josh describes himself as "built by Bethlehem" because of the support he received from the people in his hometown for him to earn success. Because of this, he is motivated to help develop innovative solutions that enable underserved students to reach their full potential.

Josh graduated from F&M College with honors, where he also played 2 NCAA sports (Football & Wrestling) and graduated with 2 majors (Business & Philosophy).  Since then, Josh has worked in investment banking, for non-profits, helped run successful political campaigns, and worked with domestic and international government leadership on innovative solutions to some of the world's biggest problems.
