Charlotte Conway

Charlotte Conway is the Events Intern at EdRedesign, where she supports the planning and execution of large-scale convenings, including the Summer Institute and the Institute for Success Planning . She began her career in museum education, designing interdisciplinary learning experiences and public programs at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery. She continued her career to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, where worked with, designed, and delivered educational experiences for visitors across the Denver metro area. She also led accessibility initiatives, serving on the Accessibility Committee and revamping Sensory Friendly programs at the museum.
Charlotte holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused on participatory and justice-centered approaches to learning. Outside of EdRedesign, she co-leads a healing and conflict resolution workshop series that integrates somatic practice and textile mending, and she teaches creative writing in a Boston-area prison. She is passionate about building community through education, the arts, and transformative care.
