Sofía Bosch is a believer in the brilliance of every student and elevating community voices. Throughout her career, she has searched for creative ways to address equity in and access to high-quality education and opportunities. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and began work as a journalist and community organizer in South Los Angeles. Since then, Sofía has worked in nonprofit, research, project management, startup/consulting, and design-thinking roles.
As someone who grew up in five countries and with an undiagnosed learning disorder until her senior year of high school, she understands the importance of imaging unique interventions to address unpredictability and diverse learning styles. She is excited to be a part of the Success Planning team to continue to explore partnerships and student support.
