Jennifer Andrews is the community liaison representing the Hamilton County, TN Children’s Cabinet in the By All Means network. She serves as the Director of Early Childhood Strategies for Chattanooga 2.0, the cradle-to-career, cross-sector partnership of Chattanooga-Hamilton County. The vision of Chattanooga 2.0 is for Hamilton County to be a thriving, inclusive economy where economic mobility is achievable because children, students, and families receive the supports necessary to help them realize their full potential. As part of a small team, Jennifer works to drive the implementation of Chattanooga 2.0’s theory of action through collaboration, measurement, and alignment of policy and practice among child-serving systems.
Jennifer is passionate about improving access to quality early childhood services, systematically increasing literacy outcomes, and eliminating achievement disparities. She hails from Nashville, TN, but has lived in Chattanooga for 15 years. She holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her daily motivation to continue driving change through collaborative work in her community are her two brilliant toddlers, Wallace and Brooks.
